Behind The Bar is a podcast in which every episode is simply about one great Irish pub. This pilot episode is about The Boar's Head on Capel St in Dublin. Owner, Hugh Hourican tells me all about how he came to own the place, as well as some fantastic stories about some of the famous patrons down the years.
